So this is the first set I have posted on SoundCloud of the genre of where I seem to be migrating these days which is 'Breaks'. This all started earlier this summer at our friends Marvin and Lindsey's wedding party (the progenitors of the Red Hot Bev art car)as they are primarily breaks fans. And I started downloading break beats.... and realized I really liked spinning this genre of music. Hence the metamorphosis. So this set is what I hoped to play at sunrise one morning at Burning Man, and got through 1/2 on Pacific during a Friday night white out (see the picture for conditions), and then did completely at a living womb gathering for my 30-30 birthday in Santa Cruz. If you dont know what 30-30 is, do the math!! anyways, this is one of my favorite sets I have recorded so I hope you enjoy!
