Evening, Wednesday, Black Rock City 2014. Led by Paavo and Tony of Above and Beyond, bathing in the lavender sunset, we practiced an hour of yoga with Elena Brower. We gathered, strengthened, listened and received the gift of quiet. We landed at home in our own hearts.
