Live on Joyism @ Burning Man 2024

Description

On one fine afternoon while at Burning Man 2024, I was asked to Dj on the Joyism Art Car for a night trip across the playa (big up Rupert for the invite!), only caveat was that I needed to play upbeat electronic music. I happily accepted as my Dj roots come from House/Techno/Trance/Breaks and I hadn’t played these genres publicly in many years (as I’d been primarily focused on Reggae, Dub, Dubstep, and Bass music). Here is the live recording of my 2hr freestyle, mixing some of my favorite past & present House, Techno, Breaks, and UKG as about 30 camp mates (shout out Camp Muse!) journeyed around the playa on Joyism exploring & dancing at the incredible art installations. Weather was absolutely perfect, vibes were amazing, and I couldn't be more thankful to share it with such a fun group of people!!
