Dane's set at Tycho Sunrise on the Axolotl from 7:00-8:00am on Thursday September 3, 2026 at Burning Man. I experience the time just after sunrise as a time of expansive optimism, infinite possibilities, boundless energy, effervescent joy and play. I've also been deep in the exploration of life as sacred play. Together these inspired this year's set full of joyous samples, melodies, percussion and remixes. And WOW did we play, dance, sing, smile, hug, frolic! This year was my 20th Burn - and the dustiest I've experienced. After three days of whiteouts and few hours of napping Wednesday night, I woke joyfully to a crescent moon shining brightly. I'm again feeling grateful that the weather gods smiled on us for a few hours of communal bliss with clear skies and a rainbow wink before the dust (and rain) came again. Thank you to everyone who ventured out to deep playa for another epic sunrise. Grateful for Tycho, yroc, the whole Axolotl crew, Funkadelephant and the Heavy Petting Zoo for making magic together again.❤️🙏☀️
