 Kostume Kult, lantern dresses fashion show party at dusk What happens when you merge a 20,000 year old dynastic culture with what is possibly the freest place on earth? Members of this Taipei/SF based artist collective Chinese Beyond Borders, have been involved with the electronic music scene in Greater China for decades, including being part of a team that brought Paul Oakenfold to play the first Great Wall of China rave in 2001. Wednesday night featured a beautiful lantern fashion show timed at dusk at the infamous Kostume Kult catwalk at 8th and Esplanade.
