Root Chakra Sunset Meditation At The Journey Project - Burning Man 2017

At Burning Man 2017 I was blessed to compile chakra based meditations for The Journey Project -- that wooden helical art project that was LED infused with colors changing to the sounds based on sophisticated algorithms. It was a warm Monday sunset when I played this moving meditative set infused with the LAM mantra, which when chanted, helps nourish the root chakra, the Mulhadhara chakra, according to ancient Vedic knowledge. Hence, this set was also infused with lots of percussion with bass, as well as other instruments such as didgeridoo which purportedly can also help tone that base energy center in our energy body. The benefits outweigh any potential risks in making this available to all. The world needs any and all ways of making this a better place.
