When The Sun Sets, Somewhere It Is Rising - Temple of Direction

This was one of my favorite/powerful playa memories of this year. I wanted to gift a sound meditation to one of our close Ambient Drummer friends who recently lost her brother. I was treated with an art motorcycle ride to the temple during a golden sunrise across the dry lake bed. There is so much powerful emotion being processed in the space. You can hear some of these intimant moments. These moments were recorded in respect. As I listened and processed the grieving energy, I crafted the improvisation to help aid in the healing and letting go of these difficult emotions. I hope this gift continues to help heal and process these emotions of loss.
