Every year, a merry band of illuminated trash pandas glides to the Trash Fence, without expectations, to revel in the darkness and gaze at Black Rock City. This year, we gave out Gluwine, had lovely conversations, jammed out for hours and hours, and attracted a few Art Cars along the way.
